Established in 1985, R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering is a premier autonomous institution located in Chowdavaram, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Named after Rayapati Venkata Rangarao and Jagarlamudi Chandramouli, the college is sponsored by the Nagarjuna Education Society and is the flagship among its eight constituent institutions. The college became autonomous in 2012, enhancing its academic governance and accountability.
Spread across 37.4 acres, the college is affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University and approved by AICTE. It has been accredited by NBA seven times for all eligible UG programmes and received NAAC A+ Grade in 2021. The college offers 11 B.Tech programmes, 7 M.Tech specializations, MBA, and MCA, with a total student strength of 5,551.
