Scholars Institute of Technology and Management (SITM) was established on 8 May 2008 by the Scholar's Academy Education Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882. The institute is located in Garoghuli (Gog), Garchuk, Guwahati, on the greenbelt of the city, approximately 30 minutes from Guwahati International Airport and 5 minutes from ISBT. Spread across 60 acres of lush green campus, SITM began functioning as a full-fledged organization in July 2011.
Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU), Guwahati, the institute offers undergraduate programmes in Engineering, Computer Applications, and Management.
